Season Information
Below is a list of Capital City Volleyball Club documents that provides Season Information and details that are applicable to each season.
- 2009-2010 Signing Day Meeting Presentation. This is the presentation shared at singin Day on November 14, 15, 21, and 22, 2010 that provides the final expected plans for the season AFTER tryouts and the INVITATIONS are made. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE SEASON DETAILS WITHOUT REVISING THIS DOCUMENT.

- The Club Costs page and the accompanying documents that covers both the summary and the details for the season dues, the team tournaments schedules and all of the details associated with the operational costs for Capital City Volleyball Club.
- The Financial Responsibility page. This page and the accompanying document outlines the expectation and responsibilities for each CCVC family which requires a parent signature to demonstrate a commitment to fulfilling ALL of the dues payments, supporting the agreement to attend additional tournaments, if there is team agreement, an agreement to participate, for the -1 teams, in the Regional National bid tournaments and if awarded the bid, agreement to attend the Junior Olympic Nationals tournament in June-July of the season.
Tryout Paperwork
Below is a list of Capital City Volleyball Club documents that cover the details associated with the Tryout Paperwork, in hardcopy format, and what is required for participation at tryouts.
- TryoutsFlyer that defines the dates, times and location of the CCVC Tryouts and Information Meetings for Parents and Players.
- USAV Registration link to go to the page for joining USAV. Completing this registration is needed to participate for the CCVC season.
- NetSports Waiver Form to be signed by a parent or guardian.
- Photo Release Form to be signed by a parent or guardian to allow the use of pictures we take at tryouts and throughout the season on the website or in other CCVC promotions.
- 2009-2010 Player Age Chart may be used to determine the minimum age team a player may be selected for and for identifying the correct USAV age a player "fits".
- Tryout Player Information Form which is information about a player that is to be completed by the Parent and / or Player AT registration.
- Tryouts Player Selections is the criteria and guidelines we have adopted to place players on teams.

- Should any of the Capital City Volleyball teams wish to attend an In-Region or an Out- of-Region tournament, we have created an EXCEL file to assist in estimating determine the costs for attending. Download this Tournament Estimate file and fill in the applicable blanks.
