Coach Alex joins Capital City Volleyball Club for the first-time while a senior at Gibbons. She began playing volleyball in the 3rd grade. Over the last few seasons, she played as a setter for the Cardinal Gibbons High JV team while in the 9th and 10th grade, and was co-captain her 2nd year with this team. For club ball, coach joined Triangle after her 9th grade JV season with their 15-1 team. She continued playing competitive volleyball the following year with the CCVC 16-1 team as setter/RS hitter. In addition, in 2006 attended the Nike Volleyball Summer at UNC Chapel Hill.
Besides school, and CCVC she also works at Kilwin’s Ice Cream Shop.
Coach Alex looks forward to connecting with the sport as a Development coach this season.
