This will be Coach Bryan's second year with CCVC. At the start of the 2006-2007 Coach Bryan just moved to Raleigh from Rochester, MN. After spending many years playing and coaching, along with a few off years, last season was the beginning of a renewed excitement with his coaching career, teaching volleyball to his daughter, as well as, teaching the young players of CCVC in our successful Deveopment Program to learn to love the sport of volleyball.
Coach Bryan has been involved in volleyball in many different capacities over the last 17 years with the sport. As a setter/outside hitter he played club for 1 season at Michigan State University, played USAV for 5 seasons in the North Country region, and played many city leagues (men's, co-ed, and sand) along the way. He coached 2 seasons of middle school and freshman high-school girls volleyball in Rochester, MN.
Coach Bryan graduated from the University of Minnesota and is employed at IBM. He is looking forward to coaching the Development 9-11 team. When Coach is not playing volleyball, he enjoys fishing and golfing.
Overall Byran is excited to continue to work with the CCVC family and help our volleyball players of the future learn the game!!
