Joining Capital City Volleyball Club requires membership with two volleyball organizations. One organization, which is local to North Carolina and called the Carolina Region. CCVC get it's operational guidelines form Carolina Region organization. The Carolina Region is a member and is governed by the second organization called the United States Volleyball Association or USAV.
Attending tryouts and being selected and invited to be part of a team is the primary approach to joining CCVC. Tryouts are conducted once per season typically during the first to second week in November.
After tryouts and being invited to be a CCVC member, the complete process requires a formal registration process for both individual players and coaches. The registration membership fee for players is through the USAV and is paid for by each individual players and not CCVC. The coaches for CCVC have their membership fee covered by the Club as part of the coaches pay.
