Coach Julie is joining Capital City Volleyball Club for her second year as the Head Coach for the 18's team after coaching the CCVC 12-1 and is excited to return this season. She also is a volunteer an assistant coach at Jordan Matthews High School.
She began playing volleyball when she was 12 on both her school team and on an Onondaga Club team in Syracuse, NY. Volleyball continued to be an important part of Julie's life throughout her career at the University of Rochester, where she earned 4 Varsity letters and served as captain for the Yellowjackets.
After graduating from the U of R with a BA in Psychology, Julie moved to North Carolina and currently works for an engineering-focused IT company. She also plays in USAV Adult sixes and outdoor doubles tournaments locally.
