Coach Wendy enters her third year with Capital City Volleyball Club. She served as assistant coach for 14-2, 16-2, and D4. Wendy began playing volleyball in middle school in Wake Forest and continued into college. As a junior at Agnes Scott College, Decatur, GA she helped start a volleyball program propelling the Scotties into the NCAA DIII. She continues to play recreationally today.

Wendy was the first Athletic Director at Raleigh Charter High School and served a 4-year tenure. She was the Head Varsity Coach for Women’s Basketball and Volleyball. Currently, she serves as the Senior Woman Administrator/Sports Information Director at Peace College here in Raleigh.

Coach has been involved with volleyball for over 18 years. Her playing and coaching experience has taught her many things about the game of volleyball, but mostly how to pass along the knowledge of the game to the young women she has coached.

Off the court, Wendy enjoys playing games, cooking, relaxing with her family, and laying by the pool on warm sunny days.
