Coach Delilah enters her first season with Capital City Volleyball Club this year. Coach played volleyball in high school and has competed in league and tournament play. Her 4-year coaching experience comes from training and coaching boxing for the girls program at Second Round Boxing in Raleigh. She is a team player and understands the high level of training and conditioning required to succeed in competition. She will assist Coach Al as the Assistant Coach for the 13-3 squad. She looks forward to working with the young ladies and parents of the CCVC famly.
