We love to have Capital City Volleyball Club coaches with a love for the game, wish to share and teach the game as "volleyball for life", are willling to work with all types and skills levels of athletes, always for the focus on the CCVC Mission. While this is a paying gig, we wish to have coaches who are concerned with the impression left with our players, during and after the season is finished, and less concerned with how much is added to their bank account, or less concerned about their wins and losses for the season. Let's face it, coaching for a sports program and for our Club will not make any of us financially rich, but it will make each of us rich with the experiences and memories of a lifetime and to make a difference in your players lives.

"...In the end always remember my CCVC Coach role is that of a teacher and the students are my players. My responsibility is to grow a players volleyball skills to a higher level. When 1, 5, 10, or 15 years pass my players will recall their experience with me as their coach as a positive experience. Perhaps because I was nice, or easy or their friend, but mostly because they left with something more than they came to me with ..."

USAV Registration
Coaches must join and be a member of USAV. This involves registration via the USA website and a fee that is paid for by the Club, or coaches may pay and be reimbursed for the fee from the Club's Treasurer after completing an Expense Reimbursement form and a copy of the registratoin receipt. First Time Coaches
If you are a first time Capital City Volleyball Club Competitive Travel Team Coach, or USAV / Carolina Region Coach, you MUST be Carolina Region IMPACT certified which requires attendance at the full- day seasonal IMPACT Clinic sponsored by the Carolina Region.
