About TCA
TCA is very excited to be merging with Capital City Volleyball Club in Raleigh, NC and will raise the bar for volleyball in the Triangle area. WAY TO GO!!

TCA (Team Complete Athlete) at www.tcavolleyball.com was founded in 2001 by Neil Mason. Based in Fountain Valley, TCA was formed to provide an environment where highly talented and motivated young athletes could get the highest level of training and competition necessary to advance them in their current and future volleyball careers. In TCA’s young history, it has catapulted to one of the nation’s elite programs. TCA has amassed three Open National Championship Titles (2004, 2006, and 2008) as well as several Club Championship Titles and Qualifiers at all ages. TCA’s success at the junior levels has made the club a hot bed for college recruiting. More and more girls each year are being recruited from TCA to compete at top ranked colleges across the country. TCA’s expansion to Austin, Atlanta, Baltimore, Detroit, Houston and Napa  Texas has helped to further the TCA mission to all athletes across the country.

About_Us_TCA.png

The TCA goal as a club is very simple; Excellence. In correlation with excellence, TCA continues to keep national championships as a goal. With the persistent practice of excellence come predictable results. Each year our players strive for one goal getting a college scholarship. Our staff and teams strive for the attainment of a shared vision: qualify for the junior Olympics and win A National Championship.TCA’s vision is to produce the finest volleyball athletes in the country year in and year out. Our athletes are winners long before they ever win. They are champions long before they ever compete. The mindset and mentality of an athlete must be clear and present.

TCA is also committed to preparing their athletes to compete at the next level. Prepping our young athletes as well as finding opportunities for them to continue to compete at the collegiate level is a key focus and goal for us at TCA. Our objectives are in athlete development and character development. Commitment, discipline, persistence and determination are some of the characteristics TCA expects of it’s athletes, coaches and parents.  Our vision must be supported by an unwavering work ethic that can take us towards our objectives.  Our objectives although clear and simple are not easy; to the contrary they are very difficult. If it was easy then everyone would be doing it. We design our practices and learning environment to help stimulate the optimal amounts of growth in our student athletes.
